Cruelty triggers on immobilize or ground effects, summoning a damaging comet. Courage of the Colossus provides a stacking shield on the same trigger, adding survivability. Slap Around grants stacking adaptive force per immobilize, scaling damage for both the comet and abilities. Together, each crowd control instance yields damage, defense, and permanent stat growth for sustained teamfight dominance.

Cruelty + Guilty Pleasure + Tormentor

Cruelty summons a comet on immobilize or ground. Guilty Pleasure heals you on the same trigger, adding sustain during engagements. Tormentor applies a max health burn to immobilized enemies, stacking damage on top of the comet. This triple-synergy turns every crowd control ability into damage, healing, and burn for extended skirmish presence.

Cruelty + Adamant + Soul Eater

Cruelty triggers a comet on immobilize or ground effects. Adamant grants stacking bonus resistances per immobilize, improving durability in prolonged fights. Soul Eater grants permanent bonus health per immobilize, scaling your maximum health which directly increases Cruelty's comet damage through its health ratio. This combination scales both offense and defense infinitely.

Cruelty's comet scales with both AP and maximum health. Celestial Body grants 1500 bonus health, massively boosting the comet's health ratio damage. Eureka converts AP into ability haste, enabling more frequent crowd control casts to trigger Cruelty. Avoid Cruelty + Slow and Steady

Slow and Steady sets your base attack speed to a static value and removes all attack speed bonus benefits, forcing a basic-attack focused playstyle. Cruelty triggers from ability-based crowd control and scales with AP and maximum health, creating a fundamental mismatch where one augment pushes auto-attacks while the other rewards spell usage.

Avoid Cruelty + Vampirism

Vampirism sets your health regeneration to zero and prevents ally healing, which conflicts with Cruelty's maximum health scaling on the comet damage. Building health to increase Cruelty's damage becomes riskier when you have no natural regeneration, and the playstyle incentives diverge between sustain-focused combat and crowd control fishing.
