Goredrink's 15% omnivamp becomes largely redundant since Vampirism already offers superior sustain, making this an inefficient pairing that wastes an augment slot for minimal additional benefit.

Avoid Goredrink + Glass Cannon

Glass Cannon caps your health at 70% maximum health with no way to exceed it. Omnivamp from Goredrink heals based on damage dealt, but the health cap severely limits how much effective healing you can utilize, wasting much of the sustain value this augment would otherwise provide.

Avoid Goredrink + First-Aid Kit

First-Aid Kit grants 20% heal and shield power, which increases the effectiveness of healing you receive. However, Goredrink provides omnivamp which is self-healing based on damage dealt, not incoming heals. The heal and shield power does not amplify omnivamp healing, creating poor synergy between these augments.
