Dual Wield's secondary bolt applies on-hit effects at 40% effectiveness, and Deft provides a massive 60% bonus attack speed to dramatically increase bolt trigger frequency. This combination transforms any basic attack into a rapid double-hit pattern, substantially amplifying total damage output and on-hit application rate during extended ARAM teamfights.

Dual Wield + Lightning Strikes

Lightning Strikes increases all bonus attack speed by 20% and adds bonus magic damage on-hit when exceeding 1.75 attack speed, which synergizes perfectly with Dual Wield's 10% total attack speed increase. The dual bolts from Dual Wield will each trigger the on-hit bonus damage, creating overwhelming sustained damage in narrow-lane engagements.

Dual Wield + Tap Dancer

Tap Dancer grants bonus attack speed equal to 10% of total movement speed while stacking movement speed infinitely on-hit. Dual Wield's bolts trigger the movement speed stacks twice per attack cycle, creating a self-accelerating loop where more attacks generate more speed, which converts back into faster attack rates for even more bolt triggers.

Dual Wield + Goredrink

This is a hard anti-synergy. Slow and Steady sets your base attack speed to a static amount and prevents your attack rate from benefiting from any attack speed bonuses. Dual Wield grants 10% total attack speed and scales with attack speed, making the bonus completely wasted and the augment significantly weaker.

Avoid Dual Wield + Draw Your Sword

Do not pair Dual Wield with builds that need a different damage profile or fight timing.
