Cruelty triggers from ability-based crowd control and scales with AP and maximum health, creating a fundamental mismatch where one augment pushes auto-attacks while the other rewards spell usage.

Avoid Cruelty + Vampirism

Vampirism sets your health regeneration to zero and prevents ally healing, which conflicts with Cruelty's maximum health scaling on the comet damage.
