Together, these create an unstoppable teamfight presence: you become nearly unkillable with the 50% health shield and 20% omnivamp while spamming abilities at 300 haste, maximizing both survivability and damage output during the empowered 10-second window.

Final Form + Goliath

Goliath's 35% bonus health directly amplifies Final Form's shield value, since the shield scales with maximum health. The additional 15% adaptive force and increased size synergize with the 20% omnivamp and 30% movement speed, creating a tanky bruiser that becomes significantly harder to kill during ultimate empowerment while dealing substantial damage.

Final Form + Goredrink

Goredrink's 15% omnivamp stacks additively with Final Form's 20% omnivamp, granting 35% total omnivamp during empowerment.
