Goldrend + Deft + Tap Dancer

Goldrend's bonus damage and movement speed trigger on-hit against champions. Deft provides 60% attack speed to proc Goldrend more frequently. Tap Dancer adds movement speed per hit, stacking infinitely, plus attack speed scaling from total movement speed. Together they create exponential attack speed and mobility, letting you trigger Goldrend's cooldown per champion faster while kiting.

Goldrend + Draw Your Sword

Draw Your Sword converts you to melee with 30% bonus attack damage, 25% bonus attack speed, 30% bonus health, 25% bonus movement speed, and 20% life steal. Goldrend scales with 40% bonus AD, so the increased attack damage directly amplifies its bonus magic damage. The attack speed and movement speed help trigger Goldrend more often while staying in range.

Goldrend + Dual Wield

Dual Wield makes basic attacks launch an additional bolt that applies on-hit effects at 40% effectiveness and increases total attack speed by 25%. Goldrend's on-hit damage and movement speed burst can trigger on both the main attack and the bolt, effectively increasing proc frequency. The attack speed boost further accelerates Goldrend triggers.

Goldrend + Blunt Force + Lightning Strikes

Blunt Force increases attack damage by 20%, directly scaling Goldrend's 40% bonus AD ratio for higher burst damage. Lightning Strikes increases bonus attack speed by 20% and adds 40 bonus magic damage on-hit at 1.75 attack speed. Goldrend triggers on damaging basic attacks, so losing the ability to scale attack speed severely reduces the number of procs you can generate, wasting the augment's offensive and mobility potential.

Avoid Goldrend + Back to Basics

Avoid this pairing because Back to Basics permanently seals your ultimate ability in exchange for increased damage and ability haste. While Goldrend provides bonus damage and movement speed on attacks and abilities, losing your ultimate is a massive drawback that outweighs the synergy, especially since Goldrend's per-champion cooldown limits its sustained damage contribution.

Avoid Goldrend + Glass Cannon

Avoid this pairing because Glass Cannon caps your health at 70% of maximum and cannot be exceeded by any means. Goldrend grants 30 gold and 25% bonus movement speed on hit, encouraging extended fighting, but Glass Cannon's severe health restriction makes you extremely vulnerable before you can utilize the gold advantage or mobility effectively.
