This combination excels on auto-attackers who can proc both runes in extended trades.

Cerberus + Goredrink

Cerberus provides dual offensive keystones for sustained damage output. Goredrink's 15% omnivamp ensures survivability during the extended fights these runes encourage. Hail of Blades burst and Press the Attack damage amplification both benefit from omnivamp healing, allowing aggressive all-ins where the damage dealt returns significant health.

Cerberus + Typhoon

Cerberus grants Hail of Blades and Press the Attack for aggressive auto-attack patterns. Typhoon causes basic attacks to launch Firecrackers at nearby enemies, applying on-hit effects.
