Deft + Lightning Strikes + Typhoon

Lightning Strikes amplifies Deft's 60% attack speed by 20%, reaching the 1.75 threshold for bonus on-hit damage. Typhoon triggers on every attack, applying on-hit effects at 30% AD. The attack speed from Deft means more Typhoon procs and faster Lightning Strikes damage activation, creating multiplicative basic attack scaling.

Deft + Dual Wield + Light 'em Up!

Dual Wield launches bolts at 40% damage that apply on-hit effects, and increases total attack speed by 25%. Combined with Deft's 60%, this creates rapid double-hit attacks. Light 'em Up fires 4 Firecrackers on every 4th attack, and the massive attack speed from both augments triggers this explosive damage much more frequently.

Deft + Tap Dancer + Goredrink

Tap Dancer grants attack speed equal to 10% of movement speed and builds speed on-hit, stacking infinitely. Deft's 60% attack speed accelerates movement speed stack accumulation. Heavy Hitter adds 3.5% max health as bonus physical damage on-hit, and Goredrink provides 15% omnivamp, converting rapid attacks into sustained healing.

Deft + Gash + Heavy Hitter

Gash grants 50% bonus attack speed and adds true damage on-hit scaling with armor, stacking with Deft for 110% total attack speed. Heavy Hitter adds 3.5% max health as physical damage on-hit. The combined 110% attack speed maximizes the frequency of both on-hit damage sources for sustained tanky DPS.

Avoid Deft + Slow and Steady

Avoid this pairing because Slow and Steady completely negates Deft's value. Slow and Steady sets your base attack speed to a static 0.625 and prevents your attack rate from benefiting from any attack speed bonuses, rendering the 60% bonus attack speed from Deft entirely useless.

Avoid Deft + Purist - Caster

Avoid this pairing because Purist - Caster converts all bonus attack speed into ability haste, directly removing the 60% bonus attack speed that Deft provides. This creates a hard mechanical conflict where one augment immediately negates the other's primary benefit.

Avoid Deft + Upgrade Sword of Blossoming Dawn
