Shrink Engine reduces your size by 4% per stack while Goliath increases your size by 50%. The size reduction from Shrink Engine counteracts Goliath's size bonus, and the stacking haste and movement speed from Shrink Engine offer diminishing returns when you already have Goliath's stat bonuses.
