Quinn Demacia's Wings
Quinn excels as a pick-oriented marksman who deletes isolated targets. Her global presence with Behind Enemy Lines lets her reposition after shopping or respawning faster than almost anyone. The tradeoff is her fragility in clustered teamfights where she cannot easily isolate a priority target.
Play her like an assassin who creates uneven fights. Use Vault to pin a target, burst them with Harrier procs, then reposition with your ultimate before their team collapses. If you try to stand still and auto-attack like a traditional marksman, you will get run over by the constant Mayhem skirmishes.
Vault is your primary kill setup. Cast it on a target near terrain to trigger the knockback stun, which guarantees a Harrier mark and several free auto-attacks. Be careful when diving deep for this combo, because Vault sends you backward but still leaves you vulnerable if the enemy team is nearby.
Use it to return to the fight instantly after dying or shopping, creating constant pressure. You can also activate it to flank enemies who are sieging your tower, turning a defensive situation into a pick opportunity. Avoid using it purely for speed in a straight-line chase if the enemy has point-and-click crowd control waiting.
Max Blinding Q first for the poke damage and the blind effect that shuts down enemy auto-attackers. This gives you safe harass before you commit to an all-in. A point in Vault at level one is fine for the disengage, but scaling it second increases your kill pressure once you have items.
Harrier marks vulnerable targets for bonus damage, but it does not always prioritize the enemy you want. Trigger the mark with an auto-attack immediately to refresh your cooldowns and move on. Do not tunnel vision on a marked tank if a squishier target is in range, because the mark will eventually swap.
Start with a lethality item like Umbral Glaive or Axiom Arc to maximize your burst on squishy targets. The cooldown reduction on Axiom Arc pairs well with your ultimate, letting you roam more often. If the enemy has multiple tanks, you will need a Lord Dominik's later, but early lethality secures the kills you need to snowball.
Save Vault strictly for disengage against champions like Malphite or Leona who want to all-in you. Do not use it offensively to pin someone until you see their key cooldowns burned. Your ultimate lets you kite sideways or reset entirely, so use that mobility to avoid getting cornered.
She struggles against long-range poke that she cannot close the gap on. Your blind helps you trade evenly with other marksmen, but mages with instant crowd control can stop your engage attempt. Look for flanks with your ultimate rather than walking straight down the lane into their skillshots.
Prioritize augments that boost your burst damage, attack speed, or ability haste. Anything that helps you delete a target faster is valuable because Quinn thrives on quick eliminations, not extended fights. Augments that add crowd control or survivability are decent backups if the damage options are poor.
Snowball gives you a gap-closer to set up your Vault pin on a backline target. Dash in, Vault them into a wall, and unload your combo before they can react. This is a high-risk play that leaves you deep in enemy territory, so only commit when your team can follow up.
She hates coordinated crowd control and being swarmed by multiple enemies at once. If you get stunned or rooted before you can use Vault or your ultimate, you will die instantly. Play around vision and wait for enemies to overextend rather than forcing bad fights.
In Mayhem, grouping is usually better because the fights are constant and your ultimate lets you join them fast. You can quickly push a side wave with your attack speed, then fly back to your team before the enemy can punish the rotation. Just do not get caught alone without your ultimate available.
Play for picks on overextended enemies rather than trying to win front-to-back teamfights. Your blind and Vault still provide utility even when you lack damage, so peel for your stronger teammates if necessary. One good flank on a fed enemy carry can swing the game back in your favor.
