Slow and Steady + Blunt Force + It's Critical + Soul Siphon

Slow and Steady converts all attack speed into raw AD, making Blunt Force's 20% AD increase incredibly valuable. With 50% crit from It's Critical and Twice Thrice applying on-hits at 150% effectiveness, each slow but powerful attack delivers devastating burst damage. The static attack speed becomes irrelevant when every hit is a massive critical strike.

Slow and Steady + Draw Your Sword + Heavy Hitter

Draw Your Sword forces a melee conversion with 30% bonus AD, 25% bonus attack speed, and 30% bonus health. Slow and Steady converts that attack speed into even more AD while Heavy Hitter adds 3.5% max health as bonus physical damage per hit. This creates a tanky bruiser with enormous AD scaling on every attack.

Slow and Steady + Fan the Hammer + Thread the Needle

Fan the Hammer fires 5 Firecrackers per attack direction, each scaling with 14% bonus AD. Slow and Steady's massive AD conversion makes each Firecracker hit extremely hard. Thread the Needle's 18% penetration ensures all that damage goes through resistances. The static attack speed matters little when each attack unleashes multiple high-damage projectiles.

Slow and Steady + EscAPADe + The Brutalizer

EscAPADe converts all AP into bonus AD at a 1.66:1 ratio while increasing total AD by 15%. Combined with Slow and Steady's AD conversion and Blunt Force's 20% AD increase, this creates exponential AD scaling. Perfect for champions who would normally build AP but can leverage the converted attack damage for devastating basic attacks.

Avoid Slow and Steady + Deft

This is a hard anti-synergy. Deft grants 60% bonus attack speed, but Slow and Steady completely nullifies all attack speed bonuses, setting your attack rate to a static value. The 60% attack speed is converted to only 60 bonus attack damage, which is extremely poor value compared to other augments that directly provide AD or adaptive force.

Avoid Slow and Steady + Lightning Strikes

Lightning Strikes increases bonus attack speed from all sources by 20% and provides on-hit damage at 1.75 attack speed. Since Slow and Steady prevents benefiting from any attack speed bonuses, the percentage increase is worthless and the 1.75 attack speed threshold for the on-hit damage is impossible to reach.
