What Not to Pair with Cheating

Since Cheating encourages returning to base, Homeguard's speed bonus becomes redundant when you could simply heal at spawn platform instead of relying on the speed to reposition. Avoid Cheating + Perseverance: Cheating provides healing and resource restoration at the spawn platform, but Perseverance grants 1000% base health regeneration increased to 2000% below 25% health. The spawn platform healing from Cheating makes the out-of-combat regeneration from Perseverance largely redundant, as you can simply recall to get full restoration. Avoid Cheating + Empyrean Promise: Cheating enables Recall to shop and heal at spawn, while Empyrean Promise replaces a summoner spell with a dash-to-ally ability. The defensive utility of Empyrean Promise conflicts with Cheating's playstyle of returning to base for resources, as both augments encourage different positioning strategies that do not synergize well together. Avoid Cheating + Laser Heal: Cheating allows you to Recall and heal at the spawn platform, but Laser Heal replaces a summoner spell with a channeled healing ability. Both provide healing access but through completely different methods that compete for attention. Laser Heal's channel requirement conflicts with Cheating's instant spawn platform restoration.
